The Dunny 2010 mini figure series was released in August of 2010, and it is comprised of a whopping 24 figures brought to you by 19 different artists. As always, the Dunnys are each 3 inches tall, and are sold in blind boxes.
My personal feeling is that this is the strongest Dunny mini figure set to be released in quite a long time. Not only are many of the designs incredible, but a number of the great pieces have collector friendly ratios. The biggest complaint I’ve heard about the series is that there aren’t enough ‘unknown’ artists in the mix. I can understand the sentiment, but when the overall design quality is as high as it is in this series, it doesn’t bother me at all.
Artists in the 2010 Dunny series include Esther Kim, Travis Cain, Sket One, CW, Huck Gee, Damarak the Destroyer, Sneaky Raccoon, Shelterbank, Tizieu, Jesse Hernandez, Michelle Valigura, The Beast Brothers, MAD, Amanda Visell, MCA, Doktor A, Frank Kozik, and Aya Kakeda.
